Au coeur du bazar...

You are the one that is going to have to come to the realization that who you are already is and then be this one. That will mean that you cease feeding - creating and sustaining - this illusion that you have of yourself as being separate from what it is that you already are. It means that you will have to come to this realizing that who you are is impersonal - it is the one that is beyond duality. You cannot experience this one that you are. It is completely beyond all experience - which is in the mind. You can only be this one. You come to the knowing of who you are by the being of who you are and because it is who you are you can be it, now. The pleasure to be is the simplest form of "self love." This grows into love of the self, the heart. The more you simply be the more you will want to be. It is innocent, uncomplicated. There is immense joy in being. You think that you are a person when you are running on automaticity, when you are being mechanical. There is no such thing as a person. There are only restrictions and limitations of who you think you are. The sum total of these restrictions and limitations defines you as a person. The person merely appears to be, just like the space within a box appears to have the shape and form of that box. A body and a mind are arising. Something is flowing through this body and mind - in fact, it is looking out through the eyes in this very moment. This one is who you are. But you mistake yourself to be the restrictions and limitations of the body and mind and a "person" is born. This is all you suffer. You have forgotten that the "aliveness" that is moving through the box is who you are and not the box itself. Delve deeply into this and you will discover that the perceiving center is universal - as universal as the light that illuminates the world. All that happens in the universe happens to who you are, the silent witness. On the other hand, whatever is done is done by who you are, the universal and inexhaustible "aliveness" - the heart
